This store contains items available for: (1)  pickup at our West Asheville or Downtown location (all items); (2) or local delivery ($20 minimum within 15 miles); and (3) shipping (merchandise). A full breakdown of the delivery and pickup options are below.
You have the following options to get any items purchased on this store: Pickup; Delivery; Shipping. 

 

Pickup : All Items

  • West Asheville Location: 520 Haywood Road, Asheville, NC, 28806;
  • Orders are available for pickup within 90 minutes of being placed;
  • No minimum order amount;
  • Please bring your email confirmation and a valid ID matching the name on the order when you pick up your order;
  • Please help us maintain proper social distancing and please wear a mask when picking up your orders;
  • All beer orders must be picked up within 7 days of being placed or are subject to cancellation.

 

Delivery: Provided by

    • Order must exceed $20 minimum;
    • Delivery location must be within Flashcat’s Delivery Zone. Fees will coordinate with the delivery location (see map below for details);
    • Delivery zones include partial zip codes of:
        • Downtown ($5) –  28801
        • West Asheville ($5) – 28806
        • North Asheville ($6) – 28804
        • East Asheville ($7) – 28805
        • South Asheville ($9) – 28803
    • All delivery orders will be delivered the next day after purchase;
    • Delivery hours are between 11am and 7pm; a delivery rider will contact you prior to delivery to coordinate specific delivery details.
    • International Shipping (Ie- to Canada) is a flat rate of $21.00 USD. Further questions can be emailed to [email protected].

 

 

Shipping: Merchandise shipping nationwide (no alcoholic items)

  • Retail items will be processed and shipped within 3 business days;
  • Shipping fee will vary depending on order contents and address location;
  • Our main shipping carrier is USPS;
  • Once order is processed, the tracking number and order details will be emailed to you.
